Welcome to Sūchi Life.

By all odds, I shouldn’t be here today.

My name is Lila-Svarupini.

I’ve been at rock bottom, more than once.
Addiction, trauma and being stuck in destructive patternsfrom PTSD kept me from becoming the honest, pure and best version of myself.

Many times I felt like I was too stuck in my story to change. 

 

Before I Knew How To Connect with my Sacred BOdy

I numbed myself with hard drugs, toxic abusive relationships, and destructive patterns so much so, that my life was hanging on by a thread.

After years of pain and suffering, God sent me the work of angel.  By learning this simple yet profound system of how to be present with myself, I reconnected with my Sacred Body.

Sacred Body Movement has been a main pillar of my personal healing.

Through my own personal healing process, learning, practicing, performing and teaching Odissi dance, supported me to find inner and outer strength I didn’t know I had anymore.

Since teaching hundreds of women in my local community, I’ve witnessed how these profound and sacred movements help my students from all backgrounds release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover their internal and physical strength and presence.

Watching this transformation for not only myself but for so many women has been incredibly inspiring. 

Now, these transformational practices are easily available to a women all over world through our Sacred Body Reset online class.


What we’ll practice

During this 90-minute class we will explore:

• gentle grounding and nervous system regulation
• Odissi-inspired body postures and movement
• emotional expression through Nava Rasa (Nine main emotions of Classical Indian Dance)
• breath and inner awareness
• guided body movement for releasing stored emotions and developing physical strength.
